Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar very well, add the egg and sifted flour.
  2. Mix, then knead and form a ball.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, add: sugar, cheese, eggs, vanilla essence, flour and sour cream.
  5. Blend everything together with a blender until we get a smooth mixture.
  6. Take out the dough, place it in a 26 cm diagonal pan, and using our fingers, spread the dough over the entire surface of the pan.
  7. Prick the base with a fork in several places.
  8. Add the berries, pour the cream on top.
  9. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45-50 minutes.
  10. Serve the tart with your favorite hot drink.
  11. Enjoy!
