    500 ml
  • Flour
    190 g
  • Chicken egg

  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Sugar
    35 g
  • Oil
    100 ml
  • Caviar
    400 g
  • Onion
    1/2 pc
  • Black peppercorns
  • Apple vinegar
    to taste

Directions

  1. Pour a portion of the milk into a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, flour, and salt, and mix until we obtain a thick batter, free of lumps, with a texture similar to that of heavy cream.
  2. Continue to dilute the dough with the remaining milk.
  3. Pour the oil, stir, and fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a little oil, until they turn a nice golden brown.
  4. Mix the finely chopped red onion with a few drops of apple cider vinegar.
  5. Add the caviar together with the oil and mix vigorously until we obtain a fluffy cream.
  6. Serve the pancakes with caviar cream and herbs. Enjoy your meal.
