In a bowl, mix: the diced chicken breast with: chopped green onion, chopped spinach, granulated garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste,
add the flour, parmesan, grated mozzarella and egg.
Mix everything very well.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan well, add the oil and form the patties with a spoon.
Fry over medium heat on both sides until nicely browned.
Serve the fritters with sour cream, chili pepper and lemon juice.
Garnish with spinach if desired.
