  • Cherries in their own juice

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a vessel, we add: the flour, cottage cheese, sugar, and butter, mix everything, then shape it into a ball.
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
  3. Spread over the entire surface, prick in places with a fork and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Drain the cherry juice.
  5. In a container, mix the gelatin with a little cherry juice, let it swell for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Pour the remaining juice into a saucepan and add the gelatin.
  7. Place on the stove and stir until the gelatin melts.
  8. Strain the juice through a sieve.
  9. Add the cherries over the baked and cooled cake, pour in the cherry juice.
  10. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  11. Enjoy!
