Directions
In the bowl of a vessel, we add: the flour, cottage cheese, sugar, and butter, mix everything, then shape it into a ball.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
Spread over the entire surface, prick in places with a fork and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C.
Drain the cherry juice.
In a container, mix the gelatin with a little cherry juice, let it swell for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the remaining juice into a saucepan and add the gelatin.
Place on the stove and stir until the gelatin melts.
Strain the juice through a sieve.
Add the cherries over the baked and cooled cake, pour in the cherry juice.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
