Tomato soup with cream sauce

  • Potatoes

Directions

  1. Place the tomatoes in a baking form: season with salt, black pepper and oil.
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes at temperature 200 C.
  3. Meanwhile, in a cot with oil, the chopped onion and garlic, 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add the potatoes cut into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, sweet pepper and pour the water.
  5. Boil all 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
  6. We remove the tomatoes from the oven & peel them, We add the tomatoes in the pan with vegetables & mix until we receive a fine texture.
  7. For cream sauce: In a glass we mix: cream, basil and garlic.
  8. We serve soup with cream sauce.
  9. We decorate with olive oil, ground black pepper, basil and ripe tomatoes.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
