Directions

  1. Cottage cheese is combined in a bowl, together with vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  2. We blend until the texture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
  3. We transfer the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the desired silicone molds.
  4. We level the surface and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  5. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with cocoa butter in the microwave.
  6. Soak the cheese in glaze, decorate as desired.
  7. We transfer the cheese balls onto a parchment paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
