Directions

  1. We put 250 gr- beans (chosen & washed) for 5-6 hours.
  2. Over 6 hours we drain the water, transfer the beans to a saucepan.
  3. Pour the water or broth, add the chopped onion, the potato and the red cut into cubes, 2 cloves of scraped garlic, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Put the hob & boil until the beans are soft and creamy.
  5. Add the butter, the remaining garlic, chopped thyme and mix.
  6. We serve the soup with bread, add a few small poles of soup over the bread, decorate with hot peppers and sprinkle with oil.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
