Directions

  1. Soak 250 grams of beans (chosen and well washed) for 5-6 hours.
  2. After 6 hours, drain the water and transfer the beans to a saucepan.
  3. Pour in the water or broth, add the chopped onion, diced potato and tomato, 2 grated garlic cloves, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Place on the stove and boil until the beans are soft and creamy.
  5. Add the butter, remaining grated garlic, chopped thyme and mix.
  6. Serve the soup with bread, add a few small ladles of soup over the bread, garnish with chili peppers and drizzle with oil.
  7. Enjoy!
