    500 g
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • White dry wine
    120 ml
  • Water
    120 ml
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    1 tsp
  • Lemon
    1/2 pc
  • Chopped parsley
  • Black peppercorns
  • Olive Oil
    1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Preventively remove the skin of the salmon, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. We gently heat a pan with oil, and fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side, over medium-high heat.
  3. We pour the wine, water, add crushed or chopped garlic, squeeze the lemon juice, and boil for 8-10 minutes.
  4. We place the fish on a platter.
  5. In the pan, add the capers, butter, and cook for a few minutes, then add the chopped parsley at the end and you can add it over the fish. Enjoy!
