Directions
Preventively remove the skin of the salmon, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently heat a pan with oil, and fry the fish 3 minutes on each side, at medium temperature.
Pour the wine, water, add the crushed or chopped garlic, drain the lemon juice and boil 8-10 minutes.
We remove the fish on a platter.
Add the capers to the pan, add the butter and cook for a few minutes, finally add the chopped parsley and add over the fish. Enjoy your meal!
