  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • White dry wine.
    120 ml
  • Water
    120 ml
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    1 tsp
  • lemon
    1/2 pc
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Capers
    80 g

Directions

  1. Preventively remove the skin of the salmon, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Gently heat a pan with oil, and fry the fish 3 minutes on each side, at medium temperature.
  3. Pour the wine, water, add the crushed or chopped garlic, drain the lemon juice and boil 8-10 minutes.
  4. We remove the fish on a platter.
  5. Add the capers to the pan, add the butter and cook for a few minutes, finally add the chopped parsley and add over the fish. Enjoy your meal!
