Directions

  1. In a blender mix the biscuits with semi melted butter until you get the texture as in the video
  2. From half a serving creates the cheesecake walls, and the other half arrange it with a spoon.
  3. Bake biscuits for 10 minutes to 180 degrees Celsius
  4. Meanwhile, mix the cow cheese with yogurt in a blender until you get the texture of a cheese cream.
  5. Add the sugar and mix with a mixer.
  6. Add eggs in a row by stirring well after each
  7. Now flour and mix again.
  8. Pour everything over the biscuits and put in the oven for one hour at 160 degrees Celsius
  9. Mix black currant with sugar, water and cook it over medium heat until you get the texture of a sweet
  10. Cut the cold cheesecake and arrange it on the plate
  11. Pour the sweet on top and enjoy the soft and fluffy texture.
