Directions

  1. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface of the flatbread.
  2. Sprinkle with grated cheese and diced turkey fillet.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the lavash lengthwise and cut it into approximately equal pieces.
  5. Transfer into one form.
  6. Beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt, brush the rolls, then sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
  8. Once it’s browned, it’s ready. Enjoy!
