Directions

  1. For the dough, mix: warm milk with sugar and yeast, let the yeast activate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, and melted butter, mix. Sift the flour, mix again, and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into an oval shape with a diameter of 65x45 cm.
  5. Cover halfway in length with boiled condensed milk, roll again halfway.
  6. Now cut strips from the middle towards the edge. Continue to roll until the end.
  7. Transfer the roll into a baking dish, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 15-20 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and beaten milk as desired.
  8. Bake the roulade for 30-40 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
