Directions

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients, knead it, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour.
  2. For the filling, heat a pan with butter, add diced white mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 10-15 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes, season with salt and white pepper to taste, mix well.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles with a diameter of 7-8 cm.
  5. Add the filling and shape the Ravioli.
  6. Boil the ravioli in salted boiling water for about 4 minutes.
  7. Serve ravioli with butter, peppers, herbs, and dried garlic. Enjoy!
