Strawberry and Cream Tart

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    70 g
  • Sour cream Căsuța Mea
    60 g
  • Baking soda
    1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar
    1 tsp
  • Wheat flour is white
    1 glass
  • White sugar
    2/3 glass
  • Strawberry slices
    1 glass

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add melted butter, sour cream, baking soda neutralized with vinegar, and sifted flour.
  3. Mix with a spatula
  4. Using circular motions from bottom to top.
  5. Pour the batter into a 20–23 cm pan.
  6. Arrange strawberry slices on top and bake for 30–35 minutes at 180 °C.
  7. Remove, cool the cake, and serve.
  8. Enjoy!
