Directions

  1. Fry the panko breadcrumbs in a hot pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt until they turn a nice golden brown.
  2. Then melt the butter, add the flour, and lightly brown it.
  3. Gradually incorporate the milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Season with salt to taste, add grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then mix.
  5. Continue with the previously boiled pasta, mixing again until the ingredients come together.
  6. Transfer into a baking tray, cover with toasted breadcrumbs, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220°C.
  7. The pasta is ready! Enjoy your meal.
