Directions

  1. We fry Panco bread in a frying pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt until they are beautifully browned.
  2. Then we melt the butter, add the flour and lightly rumen.
  3. Gradually we incorporate the milk, stirring continuously.
  4. We season with salt to taste, add the scraped mozarella, the cedar cheese, mix.
  5. Continue with prior cooked pasta, mix again until the ingredients combine together.
  6. We transfer to a baking tray, cover with browned bread and bake 15-20 minutes, 220 C.
  7. The pasta is ready! Enjoy your meal.
