We too heat the oven at temperature 175 C,
We place 2 trays with baking paper.
Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt powder.
In a bowl we melt the chocolate with butter.
In the other bowl beat the eggs with the sugar 5 minutes.
Pour the chocolate and butter mixture, mix.
We incorporate the solid mixture, we mix until we only have cocoons & at the end add the vanilla essence & chocolate drops.
Mix until the ingredients are connected.
We form balls of 40-50 grams each,
We transfer to the prepared trays and bake for 10-12 minutes.
