Preheat the oven to 175 °C, line 2 trays with baking paper.
Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Pour in the chocolate and butter mixture, mix.
Incorporate the solid mixture, mix until there are no lumps and finally add the vanilla essence and chocolate chips.
Mix until the ingredients are combined.
Form balls of 40-50 gr each, transfer to the prepared trays and bake for 10-12 minutes.
