Directions

  1. Mix: the eggs with the flour, milk, water, whole-grain mustard, chopped parsley, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Warm a baking pan with lard for 5-6 minutes at 220°C.
  3. Pour the dough into the pan, place the sausages with bacon on top, sprinkle with thyme, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Simple, easy, and delicious. Enjoy!
