In a pan with a little oil add the cream and two eggs. Mix everything and cook the scrob on a low heat. To remain creamy, tighten it in the corner of the tray and remove it from the heat
Lubricate some of the oil tortilla with oil, then reversed it and put the cheese, the sow, the ham and again the cheese
Cook in a dry pan over medium heat until browned
Serve them immediately while the cheese melts. You can add cold cream for a more sour flavor.
