  • Mushroom mix
    500 g
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    50 g
  • Cream Cheese
    100 g

Directions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Add the grated or diced carrot and cook together for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and, when they start to release their water, add the minced garlic. Continue cooking until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  4. Transfer the sautéed vegetables into a bowl and add the salt, pepper, butter, and cream cheese (or processed cheese).
  5. Blend everything with a blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  6. Place the pâté into a mold or a dish and, if you wish, decorate with sautéed mushrooms and a drizzle of melted butter. Let it cool thoroughly before serving. Enjoy! 🍄
