Directions

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt. Pour in the milk, add the melted dark chocolate, and stir.
  2. Continue with the softened butter, then the almond flour. Transfer into a 20 cm diameter pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 175°C.
  3. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, add the raspberry puree, white chocolate, pour in the cream, melt it in the microwave, and stir until the texture becomes smooth.
  5. Pour the cream over the chocolate cake layer. Place it in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy. Bon appétit!
