Directions

  1. Mix: milk with lukewarm water, oil, eggs at room temperature, dry yeast and sugar.
  2. Add the salt and sifted flour, mix with a spoon, then continue kneading and form a ball.
  3. Transfer the ball to a large bowl greased with oil, cover with a towel or cling film.
  4. Let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  5. Transfer the dough to the work surface, flatten and divide into 12 equal parts.
  6. Form balls, place them on an oiled work surface, cover with cling film and let rise for 1 hour.
  7. Form shapes from aluminum foil as desired (for our buns to be taller) with a diameter of 11.5 and a height of 4.5.
  8. On the inside, add parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  9. Flatten the balls again, shape them again and transfer them to the prepared molds.
  10. Cover with cling film, let rise for another 1 hour.
  11. Brush the already risen buns with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  12. Place the buns in the preheated oven at 190 °C for 20-23 minutes.
  13. The buns are so soft, fluffy and delicious.
