  • Chicken egg

    200 ml
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    300 ml
  • Coconut Flakes
    85 g
  • Raspberry
    to taste
  • Blackberry
    to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a tart tin with butter.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the nutmeg and vanilla extract.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add the flour and milk, then the cream and coconut.
  4. Mix until smooth and well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 35–40 minutes, until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool slightly. Sprinkle with coconut or powdered sugar. Serve with fresh berries and a spoonful of whipped cream or custard.
