Directions

  1. Saute the onion together with the oil for 4 minutes.
  2. Grate the boiled eggs, add the sour cream, mix.
  3. Mix the minced meat with sautéed onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and egg.
  4. Shape round meatballs, slightly flatten in the middle, transfer to a greased baking tray.
  5. Add the egg and sour cream filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve the meatballs with vegetable salad. Enjoy!
