Directions

  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter, stir again, and transfer the mixture into an 18 cm diameter pan, pressing down and leveling the surface.
  2. Beat the soft butter with the sugar for about 10 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one by one, continuing to mix, then add the biscuit crumbs along with the almond flour, and stir.
  4. ✅ Add the melted chocolate, stirring until the ingredients are combined.
  5. ✅ Fill the ring with cream, spread it with a spatula, and bake for 60 minutes at 150 °C.
  6. ✅ Melt all the ingredients in the microwave.
  7. ✅ Add it on top of the already cooled cake and put it in the fridge for 6 hours.
  8. ✅ Decorate with fruits and chocolate drops.
  9. Enjoy!!!
