Directions

  1. ✅ For the Cheese Filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and egg, then transfer to a pastry bag.
  2. ✅ For the dough, melt the chocolate with the butter, pour in the liqueur, mix, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt for 8-10 minutes.
  4. ✅ Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix it, add the chocolate with the melted butter, and mix again.
  5. ✅ Pour the batter into a 20x20 cm diameter baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. ✅ In some places, add cheese mixture and sprinkle with frozen sour cherries.
  7. Bake Brownie for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.
  8. ✅ Cool it down and divide into equal pieces, then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  9. For the glaze, melt the milk chocolate with the oil and cocoa butter.
  10. ✅ Add 35g of toasted and chopped walnuts, mix, and dip the Brownie pieces in the glaze, then place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  11. Take out and savor. Enjoy!
