    130 g

    80 g

Directions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool, then grind them finely.
  2. Mix the ground hazelnuts with the flour, then add the melted butter and blend thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites together with the white sugar and brown sugar for 10–12 minutes, until you obtain a firm and glossy meringue.
  4. Fold half of the meringue into the hazelnut mixture, gently mixing with a spatula.
  5. Add the remaining meringue and gently fold until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking pan with an 18 cm diameter.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 45–50 minutes, until the cake is nicely browned.
  8. Let the cake cool completely, then sprinkle powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
