    80 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix: the sifted flour, salt, dry yeast and sugar, break the egg on top, pour in the lukewarm milk and add the oil.
  2. Mix everything with a spoon for 2 minutes, then start kneading (you can do the same thing with a food processor).
  3. Knead and form a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  4. We take out the dough, roll it into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 5 mm, cut into equal slices lengthwise.
  5. Roll the dough around the sausages.
  6. Place the sausages on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Brush the sausages with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Place in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  9. Serve with pleasure. Enjoy!
