Directions

  1. Melt the sugar in a saucepan, to a light brown color.
  2. We pour boiling water, when the sugar has caramelized, mix vigorously until we get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the butter, mix until completely melted. It cools completely.
  4. In a bowl beat the eggs with condensed milk, add the flour together with the baking soda, We mix until homogenized.
  5. Add the caramel to the dough, mix until we get a smooth texture.
  6. Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter and sprinkled with flour, (diameter 20-22 cm). Let for 10 minutes to rest.
  7. Then bake 55-60 minutes, temperature 180 C. Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes, return to a serving plate and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
