Mix the eggs, sugar and salt, heat at the steam bath to temperature 50 C, (the temperature is easy to check by touch, the sugar is practically dissolved).
Beat the egg mixture with the sugar until it becomes fluffy, about 10' minutes until it becomes fluffy.
Pour the milk at room temperature, in a thin jet, reducing the speed to a minimum, add the mixed flour with baking powder.
Gradually pour the melted butter and mix until mixed with a spatula, with bottom -up movements.
Cover the plastic foil vessel and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Grease the shape with a thin layer of butter, sprinkle with flour.
Fill the form of shells 3/4 of the volume, place in the oven and reduce the temperature to 160 C.
Bake about 15-20 minutes.
