Single Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 15%

300 g
Flour

300 g
Salt
Baking powder

10 g
Green onions

150 g
Oil

Black Pepper

Directions

✅ For the dough, beat: the eggs, add the kefir together with the sour cream and mix.
✅ Sift the flour together with the baking powder and salt, mixing until the dough becomes smooth and free of lumps.
✅For the filling, mix the diced eggs with the chopped onion, then add oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
✅ Pour a portion of the dough into a 32 cm diameter pan greased with oil.
✅ Add the filling and cover with the remaining dough.
✅ Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes at 170°C.
