Directions

  1. First, wash and cut the tips of the asparagus into 5 cm pieces, cut the rest of the asparagus into smaller slices, approximately 2 cm. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Add the asparagus over the pasta 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
  4. Heat a frying pan well, add the oil and mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and add the 10% Căsuța Mea sour cream, mix everything well.
  5. Add the pasta together with the drained asparagus. Mix, bring to the boiling point, and serve gladly with greens as desired.
  6. Enjoy your meal.
