First, wash and cut the tips of the asparagus into 5 cm pieces, cut the rest of the asparagus into smaller slices, approximately 2 cm. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Add the asparagus over the pasta 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Heat a frying pan well, add the oil and mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper and add the 10% Căsuța Mea sour cream, mix everything well.
Add the pasta together with the drained asparagus.
Mix, bring to the boiling point, and serve gladly with greens as desired.
