Fillo, cottage cheese and spinach pie

Directions

  1. In a pan, add 20g of butter with the well-washed and drained spinach, stir until softened, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain the excess juice through a sieve.
  3. In a bowl, mix: cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt and hard cheese, and incorporate the well-drained spinach.
  4. Grease 6 sheets of fillo with melted butter, place in a 22 cm diameter mold or pan.
  5. Add the cottage cheese-spinach mixture.
  6. Grease the remaining 4 sheets of fillo with butter, cover the surface and seal the edges well.
  7. Grease the surface with oil and bake for 35–40 minutes at 180 °C.
  8. Remove the pie, let it cool slightly, and serve.
  9. Enjoy your meal.
