Directions
Melt the chocolate with the butter and let it cool slightly.
Beat the egg with the sugar until fluffy.
Pour in the chocolate, add the vanilla essence and mix.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, mix, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Form 10 balls, transfer to a tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
Remove and cool.
For the cream. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar, add the cream cheese and vanilla essence.
We continue beating until we get a fine and fluffy texture.
Add 1 tablespoon of cream to half of the biscuits and cover with the second half.
Serve with pleasure!
