Directions
In a saucepan put sugar, butter and honey.
Put on medium heat, mix periodically until the sugar will melt.
We transfer the mixture to a spacious bowl, add sodium bicarbonate, mix 1 minute with a tel, gradually add an egg,
At the end we incorporate the flour.
We mix with a spatula and then continue to break.
We roll the dough, divide into 12 equal parts, each piece should sing 80 gr.
We form slightly flattened balls, cover with a plastic foil.
We spread each ball on a baking sheet, forming a 19 cm diagonal circle, cut around the dough,
We sting at times with a fork.
We bake in the oven preheated to 180 C, 5 min or until they are browned.
We proceed the same with the rest of the balls.

We remove the baking sheets & give the cake in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
