  • Orange zest
  • Rum
    30 ml

    85 ml
  • Cornstarch
    5 g
  • Black currant
    120 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cheese, egg, sugar and salt, grate the orange zest and mix well.
  2. Then sift the flour and soda, finally add the rum and mix again.
  3. Form balls of 15 grams each.
  4. Fry them in a well-heated frying pan with oil over low heat until golden brown.
  5. Place on a paper towel.
  6. Add blackcurrants, sugar, water and cornstarch dissolved in a tablespoon of water to a saucepan.
  7. Boil 2 minutes over medium heat.
  8. Serve warm donuts with powdered sugar, currant sauce, yogurt, or our sour cream. Enjoy!
