    100 g
  • Rice flour

Directions

  1. Finely chop the spinach.
  2. In a bowl, add cheese and finely grated cottage cheese, eggs, rice flour, salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly, adding chopped spinach at the end.
  4. Mix everything very well.
  5. Form the cottage cheese pancakes by rolling them in a small amount of rice flour (you can replace it with any other flour to taste).
  6. From this recipe you will get 4 servings of cottage cheese pancakes, weighing 50 grams each.
  7. Place them in a well-heated frying pan with a little oil or butter.
  8. Brown them well on both sides over medium heat, then bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10–12 minutes.
  9. Remove and serve the pancakes with our delicious cream. Serve with pleasure!
