  • Flour
    60 g
  • Cream cheese
    100 g
  • Parmesan
    50 g
  • Egg yolk
    1 pc
  • Tomato
    7 pc
  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg yolk, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until smooth.
  2. Add chopped greens, finely diced tomatoes, and stir once more.
  3. Add the flour, mix again, and shape the cottage cheese pancakes.
  4. Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve the cottage cheese pancakes with sour cream, Pesto sauce and greens. Enjoy!
