Directions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the cottage cheese. Add the salt powder and vanilla.
  2. In the end, incorporate the flour and shape the dough. Roll out the dough ball to a thickness of 5 mm.
  3. Cut biscuits into the desired shapes, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy!
