Directions

  1. Put the sweet peppers, cut in half and cleaned of seeds, into the dish.
  2. Mix the cheese with chopped herbs and divide the mixture into peppers.
  3. Crack an egg into each half and bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C (season with salt and pepper if desired).
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs, drizzle with oil and enjoy. Bon appétit!
