  • Milk Căsuța Mea 1,5%
    350 ml
  • Condensed Milk
    100 g
  • Dark chocolate
    100 g
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Gelatin
    12 g

Directions

  1. ◦ In a pot, add the milk and the condensed milk and bring them to a boil.
  2. ◦ In a separate bowl, mix the water with the gelatin and let it swell for 10 minutes, then melt it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  3. ◦ Add the dark chocolate to the hot milk and stir until it completely melts.
  4. ◦ Incorporate the melted gelatin and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  5. ◦ Pour the mixture into glasses, cups, or bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. ◦ Repeat the same procedure, but replace the dark chocolate with caramel chocolate or white chocolate.
  7. ◦ Pour this layer over the already set dark chocolate jelly and place it back in the fridge for another 2 hours.
  8. ◦ Before serving, decorate with chopped chocolate or puffed rice, according to your preference. Enjoy!
