Cut the sweet potato into thin slices, season with salt and add the oil.
Mix everything well.
Transfer the slices to a tray and bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C.
On top of each slice, add a tablespoon of granulated cheese, cucumber and radish slices, finely chopped cashew nuts, onion and freshly chopped parsley, season with freshly ground black pepper if desired, and enjoy.
