We cut the potatoes thin slices leaving room at the bottom.
We transfer the potatoes to a baking form, season with salt, oregano & black pepper to taste, add the crushed garlic & rosemary branches, mix,
We turn the potatoes with the cut side up & bake 40 minutes- temperature 230 C.
We remove the potatoes from the oven, grease with melted butter, return to the oven & bake 40 minutes (or until the potatoes are gold & crisp)
