Directions
Melt the butter, add the beef cut into cubes, and sauté on all sides over high heat.
Add the finely chopped onion with the carrot sliced into rounds. Sauté until the onion softens.
Pour the wine, stir until it evaporates, Add the tomato paste, sweet paprika, season with salt and pepper to taste, simmer for a few minutes.
Add the sweet peppers cut into cubes, mix, and simmer for a few minutes.
Pour the tomato puree, cover with a lid, and simmer until the meat is cooked, approximately 60 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes and boil until they become soft, approximately 30 minutes.
Serve the goulash with herbs. Enjoy!
