  • White dry wine
    100 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the well-washed and dried chicken drumsticks with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Pour the red wine vinegar together with the white wine and melted butter.
  3. Add: pitted olives, pitted prunes, capers, bay leaves, thyme, dried oregano and minced garlic cloves, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  5. Transfer the marinade into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 190°C. Remove and enjoy hot. Enjoy!
