For the filling of cherries: In a saucepan add: Vișina with 2 tablespoons of sugar, corn and water, we put on the hob, since boiling we boil for 1 minute.
In another vessel we mix the bread crumbs with butter.
In the 3rd vessel we pass the cow's cheese with the remaining yogurt & sugar.
We serve the desert in cups on the layers:
1 layer: biscuit breadcrumbs,
2 layer: cream cheese &
the 3rd layer
the cherry sauce.
