Mix the softened butter with the sugar and orange zest.
Then add the sifted flour and ground almonds, and form the dough.
Wrap in cling film and chill for an hour.
Take small pieces of dough and shape them into little croissants, leaving the ends a bit thinner and the middle slightly thicker.
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 175 °C.
After they have cooled, sift powdered sugar over them and grate some orange zest on top.
