In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, sour cream and melted butter.
Sift flour, add baking powder and mix with a spatula.
We form the dough with our hands and put it in the refrigerator.
Mix cottage cheese, egg and sugar in a blender.
Roll out the dough, dusting it with a little flour. You should get about 20 cookies.
Repeat my steps to seal the edges as best as possible and place in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 180 °C.
