Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the salt, Parmesan, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, then add them to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the pesto sauce and mustard, mix again, and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C and place a cast iron skillet to heat up.
  5. Add a piece of butter to the hot pan and let it melt, then spread it over the entire surface.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges become crispy and have a beautiful brown crust.
  7. Remove from the oven, add mortadella, herbs, and mozzarella.
  8. Serve and enjoy the delicious taste!
