Directions

For Dough: mix the flour with the egg, sugar, and milk until no lumps remain.
Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
In muffin tins, add a small cube of butter to each and bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 220 °C.
Pour the batter into molds halfway and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the pancakes as desired with savory or sweet fillings. Enjoy!
