Directions

  1. Fry the garlic in 40g of butter for 30 seconds, add the washed and well-dried spinach, stir for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add diced sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  4. Clean the mushrooms from skin and entrails.
  5. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared filling, place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add a cube of butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  7. Serve the mushrooms warm, garnished with herbs if desired. Enjoy!
