Pan-fried mushrooms in cream sauce

  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 30%
    300 g
  • Mustard
    2 tsp
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a well-heated pan, add the butter and sauté the previously washed and dried mushrooms for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add oil and chopped onion, fry for another 4–5 minutes.
  3. When the onion has softened, add the mustard, mix and pour in the hot water.
  4. Add the sour cream at room temperature, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano and chili flakes.
  5. Boil for 10-15 minutes, then at the end we add the grated garlic, boil for 1 more minute, and turn off the heat.
  6. Serve with pleasure.
  7. Enjoy!
